RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES
- Return Policy
1.1 Products purchased from [https://jazzvoke.com] may be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery, provided they meet our return eligibility criteria.
1.2 To initiate a return, you may:
- Option 1: Contact our Customer Care via WhatsApp at +91-9027907560.
- Option 2: Log in to your account on [https://jazzvoke.com], select your order, choose the product(s) for return, confirm the pickup address, and select a pickup date.
1.3 For guest orders, you may request a return by providing the order number, registered mobile number, and relevant details via email at support@jazzvoke.com.
1.4 Return Conditions:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
- All tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
- Footwear must be returned in the original box.
- The tag loop on footwear must remain intact—removal may void eligibility for return/exchange.
- For hygiene reasons, certain products (e.g., worn footwear, socks, face masks) are non-returnable.
- Products purchased in multiple quantities of the same size and style must be returned together.
1.5 Returns due to manufacturing defects or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Exchange Policy
2.1 We offer size exchanges on eligible footwear and apparel, subject to availability.
2.2 Exchange Conditions:
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in resalable condition.
- Original tags and packaging must be intact.
- Personalized or custom products are not eligible for exchange.
2.3 Each order is entitled to one exchange per product.
Exchanges for the product will be done within 5-7 days.
2.4 After the exchanged product is delivered, customers may still return it under our standard return policy, and any refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method.
- Cancellations
3.1 By Customer:
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting Customer Care at support@jazzvoke.com.
- If an order is already shipped, the cancellation request will be treated as a return.
3.2 By Jazzvoke:
- We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases such as:
- Limited stock availability.
- Pricing or product information errors.
- Payment verification issues.
- Suspected fraudulent transactions.
- If an order is cancelled after payment, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method.
- Refund Policy
4.1 Cancelled Orders:
- Prepaid orders: Refund processed within 5–15 working days depending on your bank.
4.2 Returned Orders:
- Once the product passes quality inspection, the refund is initiated within 48 hours.
- Prepaid orders: Amount may take 5–15 working days to reflect in your account.
- Cash on Delivery orders: A secure link will be sent to your registered email and mobile number within 48 hours to collect the refund via UPI or bank account (valid for 7 days).

6.1 Jazzvoke reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges that do not comply with the above conditions.
6.2 All refunds will be made to the original payment method only.
6.3 Policies may be updated at our discretion without prior notice.
